The 33rd Taipei International Book Exhibition (TIBE 2025) unveils its stunning key visual, a collaborative masterpiece by three creative powerhouses:
- Advisor: Page Tsou, an internationally celebrated illustrator and artistic advisor;
- Key Visual Designer: Inca Pan, an acclaimed designer known for his metaphorical storytelling; and
- Graphic Designer: Liao Wei, an award-winning graphic designer specializing in typography and visual identity.
Their combined talents have brought to life the theme "Follow Your Fancy in Reading" in a visual narrative that transforms the act of reading into an imaginative journey:
- Blooming Flowers and Butterflies represent the growth of ideas as stories unfold.
- A Lizard-Shaped Window symbolizes unexpected twists and memorable moments in storytelling.
- A Tiny Figure Diving into the Book reflects the connection between readers and authors.
- Eyes on Book Spines emphasize that each book offers a unique perspective, bridging readers to a vast, diverse world.
The design is further enriched through creative typography, where framed Chinese characters symbolize windows to other worlds, and varied stroke weights and heights evoke dynamic gateways into the unknown. This thoughtful integration of text and imagery invites readers to embark on a journey of discovery.
